Twine Narratives

Using Interactive Fiction to teach agency in composition is a rewarding endeavor. Students work in small groups to design IF games using Twine and the Special Collections Library to author unique narratives that engage archival materials in new, atypical ways. They work creatively but also through very technical means, utilizing code to create stories conditional on player choice.
